When I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania I worked for a company called IBM. I was in the large systems division and we sold mainframes to Fortune Companies. It is here that learned the concept of customer service. I deal with people in a professional and personal way. People welcome you into their homes on their terms. Realize that I have done signings in homes, cars, prisons, hospitals, etc., and last week outside at night on a fire pit. It is about what makes sense and that is one key to customer service, you are there to serve the customer. So all of your signings will be done with maximum professionalism and customer service.
